• Kickboxing
    One hour of non-stop heart pounding full body conditioning. Burn up to 800 calories. MMA inspired conditioning drills mixed with speed ladders, kettle bells, and medicine balls. Punching and kicking taught by qualified instructors on a variety of equipment. This isn't a cardio kickboxing class!!! Get ready to hit stuff and get in shape doing it. Challenging for all levels. Beginner or advanced are welcome.

    Here at Phoenix Fitness and Performance, we integrate full body conditioning into all of our classes. While one of the truly elegant aspects of Krav Maga is the ability to be effective in combat regardless of age, strength or flexibility, we introduce a series of conditioning drills and programs which help ensure optimal performance during the most strenuous and stressful conditions.

    Come experience a one hour fitness challenge. Our workout of the day (WOD) will be a push yourself to the edge full body and core class. Get stronger, better cardio, more endurance, and have fun doing it!
